How to get an earring out?

I got my ears pierced a few weeks ago and I want to take it out. I got them done at Claire’s and its the blue sapphire flower. It’s not stuck, I can twist it just fine but I can’t get the back off.

i got mine done at piercing pagoda and the backs they use are meant not to move hold the front and back firmly and pull apart this freaked me out to do that bc your taking both pieces out at the same time but you have to use force the first time you take them out
